About Dr. Cratissa Schley

Most of the people who find me have already been somewhere else first. A pediatrician who said she'd grow out of it. A therapist who treated the anxiety and never asked what sat underneath it. By the time a woman is sitting across from me at forty, she has been explained to herself a dozen different ways, and not one of them fit.

I built this practice for her.

I'm a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in the neuropsychological evaluation of ADHD and autism in adults, with particular focus on late diagnosis in Black women — the ones who were overlooked, misdiagnosed, or quietly compensating for a brain nobody thought to evaluate. Not because the signs weren't there. Because nobody was looking.

Fifteen years took me through prisons, child welfare systems, community mental health, university counseling centers, and private offices. Different rooms, different cities, different lives. Same thing in all of them: the evaluation that never happened, or happened badly, and the decades spent living inside the consequences.

Evaluations here are entirely virtual, and you leave your session with your diagnosis and your letter in hand — not weeks later. I'm licensed in Delaware, New York, and Georgia, and PSYPACT authorized across 42 states.

I am blunt. I will tell you the truth without a long running start. After the years you've spent being managed around, that may be the thing you actually came for.
