Cratissa Schley (Slī)

Dr. Cratissa Schley is a licensed clinical psychologist and founder of Deeply Rooted Psychological Services, with over 15 years of experience in psychological assessment and culturally affirming care.

She specializes in the neuropsychological evaluation of ADHD and Autism in adults, with particular expertise in late diagnosis in Black women and adults from underrepresented communities who have been overlooked, misdiagnosed, or told their struggles were something else entirely.

Dr. Schley understands that for many Black women, the path to a diagnosis is long, complicated, and often comes after decades of quietly compensating for a brain that was never properly evaluated. Her practice was built to change that.

Deeply Rooted Psychological Services offers comprehensive psychological evaluations conducted entirely virtually, available across 42 states through PSYPACT licensure. Evaluations are individualized, affirming, and completed within 3 to 4 weeks from intake to final report.

Dr. Schley holds licensure in Delaware, New York, and Georgia and is PSYPACT authorized to practice across 42 states. She accepts BCBS/Anthem PPO and offers tiered private pay options starting at $900.

She is also the host of two podcasts — Deeply Rooted with Dr. Cratissa and The Washday Podcast — and is currently completing her first book.
